Transaction Recover configuration

Goal

Tx-recover is an Orchestrate worker responsible for:

• recovering errors during the transaction process.

Tx-Recover will monitor all transactions handled by Orchestrate. If a Transaction fails, it will try to recover it, and when not possible it will raise the error to the user.
